Dr. Paul George of Miami-Dade College and History Miami treated attendees to an historical tour of Flagler Street, with an emphasis on the great architecture found in downtown Miami. Among the tour’s highlights were One Flagler, designed by Morris Lapidus in1952, and the Old U.S. Post Office and Courthouse, which housed the first federal courthouse in Miami.
