Law Clerk Do's and Don'ts

Please join the South Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association via Zoom on May 28, 2024, beginning at noon, for a Federal Law Clerk Panel to discuss “the do’s and don’ts” of practice in the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Our panelists will include a magistrate judicial clerk, a district judicial clerk, an appellate judicial clerk, and the event will be moderated by a district judicial career clerk. You will hear a brief background from each clerk, and then they will share their rich experiences as to what are the most effective ways to practice before our esteemed judges.
