Of the many goals we have set, the South Florida Chapter of the FBA believes that consistent communication with members is vital to a healthy and sustainable organization.
The Board has committed to taking a priority of communicating our story and progress to the current and prospective membership, and an important aspect of this goal has been established through the semi-annual newsletter. Past issues are accessible via the links below.

Do you have a memo of law on a topic you wish someone had written about before you had to spend hours researching the issue? Do you have a draft of an article on an interesting topic of federal law or federal practice that you would like to get published?
The Chapter’s Publications Committee is looking for articles, book reviews and other writings from our members for publication in the Federal Lawyer magazine and FBA section and division newsletters to increase the exposure of our members and our Chapter. If you have any materials you would like to turn into a publication and would like additional information about how to do so, please contact Publications Committee Chair Candace Duff at firstname.lastname@example.org or Claudia Casalis at email@example.com so that they can provide you with information regarding upcoming themes, deadlines and submission guidelines of Federal Bar Association publications.
In addition to articles, the Federal Lawyer is also looking for columns in a variety of subject areas, commentary pieces on emerging legal trends, book reviews (on books published within the past two years) and “focus on” pieces addressing specific areas of concern within the association and/or the legal field in general.
